  • I loved it despite being not into Malaysian food! It is cheap, tasty, staff is nice and the restaurant is very central! I really loved the beef rendang and we paid cheap compared to other restaurants! Nicely decorated and we did not wait that much although we went in w/o a res! Highly recommended!

  • We had a great experience at Roti King. The food was absolutely delicious and very satisfying. The fish curry was especially amazing – fresh, full of flavour, and perfectly cooked. Mee Goreng and roti were also really good. We were served by Romanica, who was very friendly and attentive, which made our experience even better. The service and atmosphere were excellent. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic and tasty food. Will definitely be visiting again!

  • Went there for lunch, ordered char kway teow extra spicy and it was truly fried with extra chilli (as opposed to just having more chilli garnishes). Thank you! Food was served quickly, decent portion size. This branch offers a reduced menu compared to the Euston branch (which is overcrowded) but food hits the spot. Great to see the roti counter there as well.

  • Had a meal at Roti King near Liverpool Street Station — the food really brought me a taste of home! The Curry Laksa was rich and authentic, just like in Malaysia. The fried rice was decent but could use a bit more of that signature Malaysian wok aroma. The restaurant itself is cozy and the food came out quickly once seated. However, the queue system definitely needs improvement — the staff didn’t keep track of who arrived first, which caused some confusion when assigning tables. Still, it’s a joy to find proper Malaysian food here in London. Prices are reasonable, and overall it was a satisfying and nostalgic meal. ????????

  • Went for a quick workday lunch. Hence no pictures. We ordered Roti Chicken, Prawns Balado and Milo. The Rotis were crispy, flaky and served hot. The chicken kari was very well balanced with spices and coconut milk. I must state that the chicken was soft and cooked to perfection. The Prawns were served with the head helping get them lovely juices and taste. They were sweet and cooked to perfection. Simple and tasty menu. Can't go wrong with the lovely food they serve. Will be going more often for lunches 23/12/2025: Visited again today for lunch...and it was as usual great good. This time we ordered Prawns Balado, Lamb Murtabak and Mee Goreng. All the dishes were really tasty

  • This place is an absolute vibe. The food is top-tier—packed with flavour. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which just adds to the great atmosphere. I love the open kitchen concept—it gives the whole experience a personal touch. Honestly, I’d gatekeep this gem, but it’s too good not to share. I’ll definitely be bringing friends and family back for more. Totally worth every penny!
